- We use the #1-rated shingle products from CertainTeed (above)
- On Top is a certified ShingleMaster company, meaning we can offer the SureStart PLUS warranty
- We include the SureStart PLUS 3-Star and 4-Star coverage (Warranty PDF document)
- The following warranties are automatically included in our contracts that use these shingles:
- XT 30 - 5-year SureStart Protection, 5-year warranty against winds at 70 mph
- XT 25 - 5-year SureStart Protection, 5-year warranty against winds at 60 mph
- CT 20 - 3-year Sure Start protection, 5-year warranty against winds at 60mph
- Landmark Premium - Lifetime Warranty (50-year warranty)
- Landmark Series (30-year warranty)
