Dan Cox
President and Owner
- Married for 16 years and has 3 children
- Founded On Top in 1984
- Oversees all operations of the company
- Involved in many volunteer projects and missions within the community and church
Kimberly Cox
Vice President, Treasurer, Office Manager
- Prior to joining On Top in 1992, worked as an Office Manager for an up-and-coming accounting firm in Rockville
- Upon joining On Top, took ideas from Dan and implemented them to grow the business by over 200%
- Oversees the office administration and handles all the finances
- Home schools their 3 children and is involved in many volunteer positions
Bill Alley
Sales Person
- Bill started as On Top’s first salesperson in 2006 and was looking forward to spending his retirement years working with us but God had other plans for him. Bill went home to be with the Lord in 2007. We leave him listed here because he will always be one of the members of our team. Even before he became a salesperson for us, he helped On Top become what it is today in so many ways. We miss him and will always be thankful for all that he did for On Top and for his dear friendship to us all.
Sandy Norris
Administrative Assistant
- Started with On Top in 2003 as support staff for the office
- Worked for over 30 years in the electronics field
Jaime Castner
Administrative Assistant
- Worked 2 summers during high school at On Top
- Continued to work part time for us as she pursued her college degree at the University of Maryland
- Is currently working part time with us as she builds her support so that she can intern with Campus Crusaders at the University of Maryland
- Has been instrumental in designing and implementing many updates to the look of On Top
